BEST SAUSAGE BALLS! | |
Makes a double batch. 2 lb. hot sausage 6 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 5 cups Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion powder Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients, saving the milk for last. Helps if sausage and cheese are both at room temperature. Mix as best you can then add the milk and knead. Roll into balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425°F degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Submitted by: Donna TerBlanche |
