PORK CHOP POTATO BAKE 
5 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/4 inch
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
6 med. to lg. pork chops
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water (I used half)

Place potatoes in large buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion over top. Brown pork chops in skillet; place on top of potatoes. Spread soup over chops. Pour water over tops, cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. May use other cream soup. Yield: 6 servings.
