PORK CHOP - POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops, cut 1/4" thick
4 med. potatoes, sliced & peeled
2 tsp. salt, divided
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle both sides of chops with 1 teaspoon salt. In large skillet heat oil until hot. Add chops. Brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. Add onions and green pepper. Saute 5 minutes and stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.

Arrange potatoes in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Pour half of sauce over potatoes. Top with chops and remainder of sauce. Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until chops are cooked and potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes longer. Serve with salad and French bread.
