PORK CHOP - POTATO BAKE 
6-8 pork chops, trimmed
8-10 sliced potatoes
1 can sliced mushrooms, optional
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Place sliced potatoes in a 9 x 12 baking pan. Salt and pepper; add mushrooms. Place chops on top.

Mix soup and milk; pour on top, covering chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and continue baking until potatoes are done.
