BAKED PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES 
6 pork chops, browned
8 med. potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/4 lb. mild cheese, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In greased baking dish alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and cheese. Mix soup, milk and seasonings. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with browned chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.
