POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
(Can add 1 banana)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves or 17 to 20 muffins.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. butter, melted

Mix and pour over bread (after out of the oven for few minutes.)
