FRUIT PIZZA 
1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. apricot jelly
2 tbsp. water
Fresh fruit: kiwi, grapes, strawberries, peaches, mandarin oranges, bananas

Put cookie dough in freezer for 1 hour to harden. Remove from freezer and slice into 1/8 inch slices. Put foil on pizza pan. Overlap the cookie dough slices on foil and press the dough togeether to make 1 hugh cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Invert and peel off foil, put crust right side up. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over cooled cookie crust. Arrange sliced fruit on cream cheese mixture. Mix jelly and water together and drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until served.
