CORN BISCUITS 
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. biscuit mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) cream style corn

Melt butter in large baking pan. Combine biscuit mix and corn. stir until soft dough is formed. Knead about 15 times on biscuit mix covered surface. Roll to about 6 x 10 inch cut into 1 x 3 inch strips or 1 1/2 inch rounds. Roll in butter and bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 20. These freeze well after baking.
