PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz. or 20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
Chopped pecans

Cream together sugar, eggs, and vanilla; add pineapple and juice. Stir together. Stir in soda and flour. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown. Toothpick stuck in cake will not come out clean. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
