SOUR CREAM BURRITOS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. salsa
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon (instant)
1 c. water
3 tbsp. canned chopped green chilies
2/3 c. sour cream
4-6 flour tortillas

Brown beef and onion. Drain grease. Place equal amounts on tortillas. Top each meat mixture with equal parts of salsa and cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in glass baking dish.

In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, cook until bubbly. Stir in bouillon and water cook until thick. Stir in sour cream and green chilies. Heat through. Pour over tortillas. Top with a little more grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
