HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. dry milk
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. honey
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour

Combine 3 cups whole wheat flour, dry milk, salt and yeast; mix well. Heat together, water, honey and oil until warm, 115 to 120 degrees. Add warm mixture to flour mixture. Beat on low 1/2 minute scraping sides constantly. Beat on medium 3 minutes. By hand, stir in remaining 1 cup whole wheat flour and enough white flour to make dough moderately stiff. Knead 5 minutes. Put in greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour or until double. Punch down and divide in half. let rest 10 minutes. Shape and place in 2 greased loaf pans. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
