FRENCH FRIES SEASONING! 
1/2 tsp. chicken stock powder (not a hard bouillon cube)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white sugar

Grind all 3 ingredients to a fine powder in a mortar and pestle. This takes about 30 seconds. Sprinkle over hot fresh home made fries! YUM!

Tip: The best chicken stock powder to use is Maggi and comes in a jar. It can be found with the International/Mexican products in U.S. supermarkets. Can also use Knorr.
