COUNTRY SKILLET DINNER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. thin egg noodles (uncooked)
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Reduce heat; spread noodles on top of ground beef mixture. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms and oregano. Pour over noodles. Cover and let cook 15 to 20 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese over the sauce. Continue to warm until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6.

(Great cooked in electric fry pan or top of range.) Serve with green salad and rolls.
