CHOCOLATE PIE 
Pie Filling:

3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter

Mix cocoa, sugar and flour in bowl. Add beaten egg yolks and milk to flour mixture. Cook in microwave or on medium heat on stove until thick. Then add butter and vanilla to mixture. Pour into baked pie shell.

Meringue:

3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar

Beat 3 ingredients together until meringue is stiff and fluffy. Spread on top of pie filling.

Bake in oven at 375°F until golden brown on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
