ORANGE MYSTERY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange jello
2 c. hot water
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 med. size (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. crushed pecans

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill in an 8-inch square pan or any mold. Serves 10-12.
