MANGO MOUSSE 
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped, about 2 1/2 cups
1/2 c. low fat yogurt, plain
1 sm. banana
3 drops vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
4 sprigs mint, garnish
4 slices kiwi, garnish

An easy, colorful and creamy dessert. Just whip it up and serve it.

Place the mangoes in a blender with the yogurt, banana, vanilla and ice. Process on low, then medium speed, until smooth. Remove any large pieces of ice that might remain. Place the mixture in a shallow sherbet dish and garnish with the mint sprigs and a slice of kiwi fruit. If desired. Serve at once. Serves 4.
