MANGO MOUSSE 
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 2 1/2 cups)
1/2 c. low fat yogurt
1 sm. bananas
3 drops vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
4 sprigs mint, garnish
4 slices kiwi fruit, garnish

Place the mangoes in a blender with the yogurt, banana, vanilla and ice. Process on low, then medium speed, until smooth. Remove any large pieces of ice that might remain. Place the mixture in shallow sherbet dishes and garnish with the mint sprigs and a slice of kiwi fruit, if desired. Serve at once.
