6 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 c. sm. marshmallows
2 bananas, sliced
1 sm. can crushed pineapple or tidbits

Combine ingredients and let partially set, then add the marshmallows and bananas. Drain the pineapple and reserve syrup. Add pineapple and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

Reserved pineapple juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. Dream Whip, whipped
Grated cheese

Cook the reserved pineapple juice, flour, sugar and egg. Cook until thickened then cool. Add the Dream Whip and spread over firm Jello. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
