STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato sauce (or can of tomato soup)
1 head cabbage

Mix together rice and beef; season to taste with salt, pepper, and onion salt. Shred cabbage, layer a casserole with cabbage then place meat mixture; cover with more shredded cabbage. Cover with tomato sauce or soup. Add water, if needed. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cabbage is soft, usually 1 hour. Lots depends if you use more meat mixture.
