SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 oz. linguine noodles, cooked

Cook spinach and drain. Combine rest of ingredients, except noodles, and mix well. Stir in spinach and linguine. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes covered and 20 minutes more uncovered.
