SPINACH-BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. vegetables (spinach, broccoli or cauliflower - whichever one you wish)
8 oz. cheese - Swiss or Cheddar or Muenster
8 oz. pkg. noodles (cooked)
1 pkg. cup of onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix vegetables and noodles first. Add cheese, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix and sour cream. Then spices. Turn into a greased 9x12 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
