1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1 (#2) can refried beans 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce 1 c. black olives, pitted 1 med. onion 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/3 tsp. garlic powder 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese 12 corn tortillas Brown meat and onion, add beans, salt, garlic powder, taco sauce and olives. Heat thoroughly. Soften tortillas in hot oil, dip into heated enchilada sauce, fill, roll and place in baking dish. Cover with cheese and leftover sauce. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
