EASY RHUBARB CAKE 
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
3-4 c. rhubarb, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix cake as on package directions. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb and sugar, then the Jello over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done. Serve with whip cream.
