TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. macaroni
15 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half, well drained
1 lg. banana, sliced
1/3 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger

Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.

In large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, pineapple, orange segments, cherries, banana and coconut. In small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, honey, salt and ginger. Pour over macaroni mixture; toss lightly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
