HAM LOAVES 
1 1/2 lb. fresh ham, ground together
1 1/2 lb. cured ham, ground together
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 c. cornflakes
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix well all ingredients. Form into individual loaves (5 to 6 oz.). Place in flat baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cover with glaze and continue cooking another 1/2 hour.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Garnish with parsley sprig.
