SCALLOPED CHEESE POTATOES | |
4 c. sliced potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sliced onions 2 c. milk 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. grated Italian Romano cheese 1/2 c. grated American cheese Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange potatoes, onions and cheese in layers in a 2-quart casserole. Then salt and pepper. Drop in butter. Pour milk on top. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until tender. Makes 4 servings. |
