SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH CHEESE 
6 med. potatoes
3 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Slice potatoes thinly. Arrange potatoes in a 9x13x2 inch dish. Pour milk over potatoes. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Slice butter and add to mixture. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.

SUBSTITUTIONS: May use skim milk, lowfat cheese and reduced calorie butter. Great baked with ham slices also.
