HAM PUFFS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
10 to 12 thin slices white bread
Mayonnaise
1 c. ham chopped fine or 4 1/2 oz. deviled ham

Combine cream cheese, with egg yolk and baking powder and salt. Mix until blended and smooth (put cream cheese in bowl in microwave 1 or 2 minutes to soften). Cut about 4 small rounds of each slice of bread using a biscuit cutter or slice bread into strips or cut into squares (without crusts). Spread each lightly with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle ham on each or spread. Spoon cheese mixture over ham. Put in moderately hot oven at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and browned. Makes about 45.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
