BROCCOLI WITH BLEU CHEESE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crumbled bleu cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Melt butter, stir in flour and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until bubbly. Continue 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in cheese and mustard. Stir in broccoli, heat thoroughly. Makes 4 servings.
