EXTRA TREASURED POUND CAKE 
8 eggs
8 tbsp. coffee cream
1 lb. butter
3 1/2 c. flour
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Separate eggs. Whip whites and add 6 tablespoons sugar while beating. Place in refrigerator. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, 2 at a time. Add flour and cream, mix well. Whip in egg whites, just enough to mix well. Pour batter into well greased 10 inch tube pan (4 inches deep). Bake for 1 hour, 25 minute at 300 degrees.

This cake is of wonderful texture and can be sliced thin as a dime. It's worth giving a party just to bake it!
