ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can nacho cheese sauce
2 c. grated cheese
1 lg. bag Dorito chips or Tostito chips

Cook and brown meat and onion together. Drain off excess grease. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the 4 cans of ingredients to meat mixture, simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat. Crush bag of chips and put in a large baking dish, pour meat mixture on top of chips. Spread cheese on top of meat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
