CREAMY APPLE CRISP 
3 c. sliced, peeled tart baking apples (4 apples)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRISP CRUMB TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Put apples in a (2 inch) quart casserole or baking dish.

2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla until light.

3. Stir cream mixture into apples.

4. (TOPPING) Cut butter into oatmeal, flour, sugars and cinnamon.

5. Sprinkle on top of apples.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
