CREAMY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
Salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix potatoes with other ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Combine topping and sprinkle over contents. Bake one hour. Yield: 8-10.
