BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. beef cubes (1-1 1/2 inches)
1 c. Burgundy or red wine
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can s beef consomme
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
8 oz. boiled noodles
Parsley to taste

Place lightly browned beef cubes, onion, wine and consomme in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix flour and crumbs and add to casserole. Stir until blended. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
