BEEF BURGUNDY IN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. lean beef 1 diced tomato 2 fresh carrots 2 med. onions 2 peeled mushrooms 2 stalks celery, cut up 1 can consomme or 1 bouillon cube in hot water 1/2 c. burgundy 1 clove garlic Salt and pepper Brown meat quickly in skillet. Remove to casserole. Add vegetables, consomme, wine and seasoning. Cover and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
