1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 c. Special K cereal
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. melted butter

In a saucepan combine white sugar and Karo syrup. Turn on medium heat and stir until it comes to a boil but does not boil. Remove from heat.

In a bowl mix in 3 cups of Special K cereal and into the cereal quickly pour in the sugar and Karo syrup and mix in 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter.

When all is mixed and blended, pour into an 8"x8" pan.

Mix chocolate chips and melted butter in a pan and blend together. Pour chocolate mixture over squares. Cut into squares. Enjoy.
