1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. corn flakes (or the like)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Heat sugar, syrup and peanut butter until well blended, but do not boil. Add cereal and press into 7 x 11 pan. Melt chips and use as frosting. Refrigerate to cook and set frosting.
