6 med. potatoes, boiled until almost done
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion (1 sm.)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter

Grate potatoes and mix all ingredients together, lightly. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Also works well in a crock pot. Mix before serving.
