STUFFED SQUASH 
Squash
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
Salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 can water

Scoop out squash. Mix uncooked rice, ground beef, salt, allspice and black pepper. Stuff squash. Place in covered pot. Pour in 1 can tomato paste and 1 can water (mixed). Simmer over low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
