1 c. Spam, cubed
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs

Saute Spam, onion and green pepper in cooking oil. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
