1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gal. pink peppermint ice cream (or other flavor)
5 frozen Butterfingers

Crush cookies and Butterfingers. Pour melted butter over this mixture. Put half of the mixture in the bottom of 9"x13" pan to form a crust. Spread ice cream over this. You may want to use a mixer to soften the ice cream so it will spread easily. Press remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.
