CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven, while cake is hot, frost (see frosting recipe below). Serves 20.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on hot cake.
