POLISH CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar

Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth.

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well but do not beat. Pour into a greased and floured 12 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

While cake is still hot, pour frosting over cake, chill and keep refrigerated.
