PUMPKIN CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients; pour into greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
