PEPPER STEAKS 
2 lb. sirloin or chuck steak (about 1 inch thick)
4 stalks celery
2 bell peppers
2 med. onions
2 sm. jars sliced mushrooms
Tenderizer
Accent
1/2 stick butter
Small amount of water (to cook vegetables in)
1 pkg. egg noodles or rice

Cut steak into strips, then into 2 inch pieces. In one large iron skillet, cook steak in Crisco or cooking oil with tenderizer and Accent added. Cook over low heat until tender. Add water as needed.

Cook vegetables, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips, until clear in another iron skillet. Combine in large pan. Cooking time: about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serves 4.
