FAVORITE MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained
Ketchup

Mix all of the above together (except ketchup). Firmly pat meat mixture into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

TO SERVE: Pour off fat from laof pan and invert meat laof onto warm platter. Spoon about 2 tablespoon ketchup over top of meatloaf. Garnish platter with parsley sprigs. 8 servings.
