FAVORITE MEATLOAF 
3 slices soft bread
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Tear bread into large mixing bowl; add eggs and milk. Add meat and seasonings; mix thoroughly. Form lightly into loaf and place in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Very good topped with sauce before baking.

PIQUANT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine. Mix well.
