FAVORITE (MICRO) MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. lean ground beef or fat free ground turkey
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In small bowl combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine meat, eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce mixture. Stir thoroughly. Place in glass ring mold or a 2 quart microwave proof round casserole. Pour remaining sauce over top of meat. Cook, uncovered on High 12 to 14 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
