COCONUT JOYS 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. coconut (8 oz.)
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted with 1/4 sq. parawax

Melt butter, mix well with powdered sugar and coconut (use hands). Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls. Make indent in center of each and place on cookie sheet. Chill.

Fill centers with melted chocolate mixture. Chill. Store in refrigerator or freezer. If I'm in a hurry, I press the coconut mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and drizzle the chocolate over and cut into bars, they taste the same, just don't look as nice.
