CRANBERRY ORANGE MOLD 
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. or 2 sm. orange or lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 orange, sectioned and diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Orange slices (optional)

Chop cranberries finely in food processor. Mix with sugar; set aside. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Chill until thickened. Fold in cranberries, orange and nuts. Spoon into 5-cup mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Garnish with orange slices.

You can substitute 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce for fresh cranberries. Omit sugar and reduce cold water to 1/2 cup.
